Hemingway's Birthplace

First off, my client, Mr. Reuter would like to start his journey in Oak Park, Illinois, where Ernest Hemingway was born. Here are the places I have lined up for him to visit during his stay.



Under the Ginko Tree Bed and Breakfast Inn
Check In: Noon to 10:00p.m.
Check Out: 11:00a.m.
Cost: $75/night
Breakfast 7:30 to 10:00a.m.
*Nice little bed and breakfast so you don't have to travel far for a good meal. Only a 5-minute walk away from Hemingway Birthplace and Museum.



Hemingway Museum (Day 1)
Open: Sunday-Friday 1:00p.m.-5:00p.m.
Saturday 10:00a.m.-5:00p.m.
Cost: $7.00 *Contains Hemingway's childhood diary, many pictures of Hemingway, and much more.

Hemingway House Chicago (Day 2)

This place has been turned into condominiums, so you can just take a quick tour of it if you like, free of charge.

24/7 Doormen and Valet

*Come see many rooms and the place where Hemingway was born.

Hemmingway's Bistro (Day 3)

French Cuisine

Price Range: $31-50

*Named after the man himself!



Take the CTA (elevated or commuter train) to get to Chicago to leave for O'Hare Airport. (30 min away from B&B) Fee for ticket is waived since you're a first time user.
